You Can Use Your Time Wisely When You Take the Day Before Thanksgiving Off…

…or you can sleep late and then go about your business in an inefficient and meandering way that leaves you wondering where your day’s gone.

It seems clear to me already which way I have chosen, and, really, was there ever a question?

While you’re meandering and possibly preparing, I recommend you read “The Ultimate Hunger Games.” Thanks to Jules for that link.

Honestly, I wish *all* days were like that.

If all days were like that they would become a blur of tedium and aimlessness in their sameness:-)

You are missing out by not being at work…I just spent 30+ minutes on the phone with a patron who wanted me to answer MANY questions about Breaking Dawn…most importantly, WHY is the baby hypnotizing people? Our conversation was concluded when she told me about her grandfather who HAD to live in a cemetery, sleeping in a coffin, drinking the blood of rats (for 5 years) because no one in Hungary likes Gypsies. I know you are jealous, just try to have a rockin’ Turkey day!

Libraries are, in general, a lot weirder than people think they are.
