Tammy took this photo, as I am no longer taking the kids to school in the mornings. It’s part of all the Big Life Changes I’ve been going through. It’s what needed to happen–for me, anyway, and they’ll be fine–but wow I felt weird about it this morning while I was passing kids at their bus stops on my own way to work.
Also, doesn’t that haircut make Maxwell kind of look like Eddie Munster?

We felt weird about it too. We did drive by your house on the way to the Y after the Leaf & Bean.
Awwww. I can’t bear it. I just can’t. But I must.
*total* eddie munster, though i mean that with all affection, of course.
Tam, I went to the L&B this morning, too. I felt like I deserved a latte.
Farida, Oh, I know.
Annette, Me, too, with the affection. If he knew who Eddie Munster was, Maxwell would probably be completely into the comparison.
you must certainly introduce him to at least a photo, if not an actual episode!
Oh, I want an Eddie Munster hairline!!
I’m a little bit crushed that the boys aren’t going to be with you. I loved your school-day stories with them. You’re just going to have to headbang to “They Might Be Giants” alone in your car. It will gain you some odd looks, but what the hell.
Basically, I behave in the car with the boys exactly the way I behave in the car without the boys. It’s always rocking in there.
Adrienne, I also feel Max would be into the Munsters. The real ones, not the forthcoming reboot.
It is so much fun to watch those boys grow up.
I agree that Maxwell would be totally into the Munsters. I loved them when I was a kid, too.
And, thanks. While I get old and kids get old, I never tire of watching them grow.
