When Will the Fiction Reading Binge End?
“I’m an only child. Can’t you tell by how adorably self-involved I am?”
-Lindsey in An Abundance of Katherines by John Green
You can see what I found when I opened the copy of An Abundance of Katherines that I got on hold from the Maplewood Library.
That's almost as good as a prize in a cereal box (among other things, that bookmark has BATGIRL on the flip side). Have I mentioned lately that people who work in libraries are really cool?
Anyway, I want to give a big shoutout to Lori and the rest of the crew over there at Maplewood (hi, guys!) and to let you know that a.) yes, I should be working on my homeschooling book, but b.) I finished An Abundance of Katherines first because I couldn’t put it down. (What a book! If you like teen fiction, this is one to read.)

Sweet little note. :)
A student recently returned a book to me with a full-page note inside, detailing what she thought of the story. So cool.
