"Let Me Drive the Escort!"

Yeah, so, it turns out that problem with poop on my car? Not a robin.

You know, I have a book to finish. I can't keep washing my car every three days. I did the only thing I could do. I let the pigeon drive the Escort:

It's a bad, bad idea to let the Pigeon drive anything. In fact, it's a bad idea even to jingle your keys anywhere near the Pigeon. What Mo Willems did not reveal through his books(but which I found out through shady but thorough sources) is that the Pigeon is on "wanted" lists in several countries for excessive speeding, driving on the wrong side of the road, slapping provocative bumper-stickers on SUVs, and raiding hot-dog stands (replacing the stolen goods with tofu-pups). Be careful. The Pigeon operates under aliases such as "Robin," "Chickadee" and "Carrion Crow."

Be careful, Adrienne. You're dealing with a professional here.

You are so right. Now he's taken over my kitchen. Skippyjon and the Peeps won't go anywhere near him. I think we might be in over our head. I'll post updates when I can....

Just whatever you do, don't let the Pigeon Raise the Children!

Oh, I've got to get me a Pigeon too. I don't know what I've been waiting for.

He shouts, "Let me drive the bus!" when you squeeze his tail, which I do pretty regularly.

A friend got him for me, and he's pretty much the best present ever.
