I don't know if Craig's keeping up with the blog these days, but he sent me the Sword in the Stone and Bambi postcards *years* ago, and he may not realize I have saved them all this time.
This is the dress I wore to my high school prom (discussed in the comments earlier this week), hanging where everyone keeps their prom dress, on the back of their office door along with their bathrobes that are currently out of favor:
Ah, Sunday. And now I'm off to a baseball game with my dad....

Adrienne, for serious, we have to meet in person. I love the X-files, I totally get Bartleby the Scrivener references, and if I weren't so filled with shame I'd send you a pic of the back of my bedroom door, but I'll tell you that among the random crap hanging there is a bathrobe I haven't worn in at least a year, a skirt I got months ago (still has price tags) that needs to be altered, and the wig and Meteor Hammer I used when I dressed up as Gogo Yubari for Halloween 2 years ago.

Hi Adrienne,
Oh, what I wouldn't give to be at a Red Wings game with my Dad today! He's at a car show in Casenovia at a car show with my brother and I'm, well, I'm in Virginia.
I will, however, be home visiting my folks for 10 wonderful days in July and would love to stop by and actually meet one of the bloggers I've been reading since I jumped into the kidlitosphere. Let me know if I can take you for coffee one day.

Eisha, I agree, esp. now that you're moving to my state and everything. There's no excuse. Plus, I like to get to Ithaca every now and again. It's quite lovely there.
Tricia, We simply must have coffee! I will email! The game was fun -- hot, though, and the Red Wings lost. The Bats are kind of killing them this weekend.
