Oh heavens, I'm laughing outloud at* the last one. I mean, that child could have meant, like, quietly-playing Chopin, but it somehow made me think of easy listening. Like, 8-track tapes or something. God, I love these posts.

(*Er...laughing with rather, not AT)

I like how it kind of sounds like the kids are going to be going on a date with the comfy pillows.

Whoa. Buying kids books? AND reading them out loud to kids on a regular basis? That's just crazy talk. Who comes up with this stuff?

I think the dress up center is a great idea. Put that in! :)

eisha, Kids have such a crazy sense of entitlement these days.

Olivia, Now I know that what you really want is your own dress up center in your office. If you ever come back to work, that is.

I love the dress up idea, but probably the very best one is the daycare. I mean, what with the reading and the low music and the comfy pillows, you'll really have a lot of free time on your hands for doing that.

I have to admit that I took the one where the kid told me to redo the whole children's room kind of personally.

"have a singn that says clean up your mess so that other people don’t have to do it.”

I'm going to get one of those signs for my house.
