I have to give the jazz hands to David over at the excelsior file for drawing my attention to this book. How had I missed it all these years?

Curses, foiled again! I can't remember what book I was just looking up that wasn't in my library system that totally shocked me. I buy quite a number of books, but still I'm very library-dependent.
