Yesterday I Made a Snowperson Instead of Going to the Gym

Once you have it made, a snowperson is basically a really big doll, and as you will see, my snow doll is not limited by gender.

Well, look what you have there...that big 'ol honker of a book.

Is that your marker in the middle of it? Oye. I've had mine for 3 weeks and just passed the half way point last night.

What do you think of it?

Cute snow people by the way.

Greetings, Snowpersons! It's amazing how you all have the same lovely smile (which looks a LOT like the smiling little girl in a picture I love).

Hey, I see your Yellow Room!

Kerri, I stuck a bookmark in it, but I haven't started reading it yet. I'd better start it soon, though, since I only have it on loan for a couple more weeks.

Jama, The snowpeople would send their thanks if only their heads hadn't become detached from their bodies. You see, I made the eyes by gouging out a couple holes and filling them with black sunflower seeds, and, well, have you ever seen The Birds? It was like that.

Jules, Yes, there it is: Cheerful Hue. My whole main floor is that color. It's particularly nice to have a little pretend sunshine this time of year.

Oh, see -- there's a much better alternative to recycled techno music and a StairMaster.

aha, you played hookie from Yoga and played outdoors instead, great idea, and much more relaxing. I love all your different snow people, very creative, might as well make use of the snow while it's there, Spring is around the corner right??

I remember that scarf (it was like crushed-velvety yarn right?), but I had absolutely no memory of making the hat until I looked closely at the picture. Then I remembered how much fun it was to make the pompom.

I can't believe those things haven't fallen apart. They were literally the second and third projects I ever knitted. Do you still have the capelet? That might be festive for the snow-person.

Tanita, Indeed, and last night instead of going to the gym, I jump roped in my basement. ("jumped rope in my basement"? "utilized a jumprope to exercise"? None sounds quite right.)

Linda, I'm not sure it was more relaxing than yoga, but it was fun. :)

Jen, I still wear them, too, and I still have the capelet. I wish I had thought to get it out and use it, too. It's in my upstairs closet, though, not the downstairs one. Next time we get two feet of snow, I'll have to remember it.
